Turboing an N/A (i know i know) but the circimstances are different

Ok, first of all, im gonna say i dont know anything about rotarys, well after searching around here i know a lot more than i did. Ive also been a member on a probe/mx6 fourm for awhile and i know that some subjects for some cars are beat into the ground, ive searched and searched so i know that your going to just tell me find a T2 motor and driveline/ecu

so heres my problem:

there arent any wrecked ones up here (im in AK), at least none that ive found so far, and shipping for that motor will be around 400-600 dollars, so im already out that if i were to do that, and if i get one with a million miles(if i find one up here) itll prolly need to be rebuilt

so how about this, ill buy the 1300cc.com turbo kit, then the other parts it requires, get a rebuild kit for my N/A motor, get the rotors machined to accept 3mm apex seals, then sooner than later get the money for the t2 tranny/rear end, ill use my SAFC2 to tune if for now, then move on to standalone later as the mods increase

please dont tell me to search lol i really would like some opinions on this (oh and its not my DD so its not gona be driven a ton)

Do it.
I kinda wish I would have taken that route. I removed an n/a engine from one of my cars several years ago for a turbo swap. Now SonicRat(owns 1300cc) is making 450rwhp on my old engine LOL

I've been pondering to go ahead and try it here shortly. I've yet to blown one up, I think its about time I go ahead and really push one hard, 25+ psi pump gas etc...
