TurboII CAI

OK I was wondering for the piping on my CAI, which would disapate heat better, aluminum or PVC, or is there any other that are better for cold air. Thanks for the help.

wow you got pics of your cai on your tII, I didn't think they made them??? do you have stock ecu and wiring?

They dont make them. all I did was hallow out the brake air duct and drilled a hole with a hole saw into my brake duct and put the piping there. But which matierial would be better to use to disapte heat.

Once Im done Ill have pics, what im doing looks like this

I don't know you could maybe do what they do with headers doesn't that usually keep the heat from excaping maybe it would be good as well for heat entering? just a thought. also did you notice any gains with that intake?

I havnt finished the CAI yet, I have a k&n, I have everything hallowed out for the filter and the piping, I just need to know which matierial would be better to use?I do have the K&N alreadyon there, the throttle is much quicker.

what r u talking about my sensor came with my car. The pic s up top in the red isnt my car, just what Im going to do...If this answers ur question.
