Will be mostly street, some track some autocross maybe a little time at the strip, but as I said it will be mostly street (daily driver) looking for 400+ Horse to the wheels. I have around $3000 to play with and I am setup for it, e6k 1600cc x 2 etc. T04B or T04E? Or any other recommendations.

 

BNR does turbo rebuilds/upgrades for about 500-900$. Really worth the money from what I hear.
