Turbo Upgrade Details

hi everyone, i'm totally new to the forum and i'm sure this question had been asked a billion times already... but please bare with me

i'm gonna start building a S5 (NA) soon and i'm looking to swap the motor to a TII motor. what i would like to know is how much it would cost if i would like to up the boost so i can hit more or less to ~300whp. (in a more stable manner)

what i'm planning to do is actually to put a new turbo (if necessary) onto the engine when i do the swap so i don't have to do that later. so what i need to kno is:

1. what parts would i need to source?
2. what type of turbo do i need?
3. how much would labor cost?
4. anyone had prior experience in doing this and would like to share their story with me? THANK YOU~ (what parts u bought and how much it cost)

note: i understand that labor/price will vary, but i'd like to know a ballpark.

well you have a few options.....im in the middle of building my TII to get around 300-350. the setup im going with is a full haltek management with 720cc secondarys BNR stage 3 or stage 4 (depends on what funds i have at the time), full SS fuel lines with a parallel fuel rail system,NPR Fuel pressure regulator, FMIC, greddy boost controller(the manual one) Full corksport exhaust with presilencer, fresh rebuild(rotary resurrection)...im sure theres something that im missing but thats all i can think of at the moment

im looking at 5-6K maybe more but that doesnt include labor or installation....just the parts....

well you can just throw a boost controller on and call it a day....if you keep the stock turbo then you have to port the wastegate(avoid boost creep) up the secondary injectors, use a fuel computer to even out fuel mixture, and it would help to upgrade the ecu to a Rtek....you could do that for about 1K
