Turbo Torque Specifications

Anyone know the 6 13mm bolt torque specs for the turbine housing and for the 6 13mm on the compressor housing? Are they the same for the S4 and S5?

I doubt you can even fit a torque wrench in there...
Spec is closer to 20lb-ft, if you're wondering.
