???? Turbo Swap Intel ????

Hi there, I have just recently swapped out my s4 88 turbo 2 engine with a j-spec s5 turbo engine w/cut harness. So, I'm still using the s4 harness on the new s5 engine. The engine starts but only runs smooth at 1,500 and above. The engine will run below this but requires me to feather the gas pedal, if I dont, it loads the spark pugs with fuel and stalls. After doing the extreme un-flooding procedure, it will start, run smooth above 1,500, then stall if let off gas pedal.
What do you guys think? Anything at all. Possible cold start system? Is there any way around switching the intake manifolds from the old s4 88 t2 motor because the s5 UIM is bigger right? And I disconnected the smog pump because it was seized and AC comprssor because it was in the way for now.

I have never driven this car and think about it all the time. It sucks to read about others rx7's because it sounds like a sweet *** f_cking sports car. I have already bought 18'' wheels, rotors, 3'' turb back exhaust, & sterio. By the way, I have use to a full shop with lift and all the goodies.

-Thanks!

-Also, I modified my s4 harness with some soldering to accomadate the tps, and other connectors. I also plated off the oil metering pump and plan to use 1 once ready mix to 1 gallon of gas.

Hey funk spectrum, is there a lot of dash splicing to be done?
Have you done a turbo swap, or own a turbo?

-Thanks
