what kinda turbo you guys recomend i get if i were to upgrade or if my stock one is dying?

Well, you can't just upgrade to another turbo if you mean a full TO4 upgrade. It's a whole new ballgame. If you mean upgrading the compressor, there are many options. Most popular is the TO4B 60-1 HiFi compressor upgrade which I had a few years back. It's the largest housing you can fit . It's a good moderate upgrade.
You need to do an intercooler upgrade . The stock turbine is too small for high boost.
