Turbo : Shaft play (how much is bad?)
I was tinkering around with my engine today and took off the TID and saw the turbine some felt the shaft and it had like 1 milimeter of play, is this bad? anything I can do to fix it?

Some play radially (side-to-side) is normal.  Make sure to have NO play axially (in-and-out).  Make sure the wheels do NOT contact the housings - this is more likely with axial play.
