Turbo Rx-7 Won't Start.

its a 87 mazda rx-7 with a 1991 jspec motor. i switched all sensors, oil pan, front cover. the 91 block, upper/lower intake manifolds are the only orginal items left. on the 87 lower intake manifold there is what i believe to be a idle speed regulator and some other sensor right below it. what are these? will they keep the engine from starting? the 91 lower intake manifold doesn't have these sensors. i'm really trying to avoid swapping the intake manifolds. the car is getting spark. i'm not sure if the motor is getting fuel. when i pull the leading plug i don't see any fuel on them, and when i crank the motor with the plugs out there is no fuel coming out of the spark plug holes. should i go ahead and put a walbro in it? if so which one, and will i have to modify anything to make it fit? the car has new wires, and NGK plugs. i have the wires on the correct plugs. also the motor seems to be building pressure. when i crank the car a few times i can pull the dipstick out and it will relieve pressure. i'm thinking this motor has set for a long time and the apex seals have built up carbon on themselves and aren't seating correctly causing it not to have the compression to start. is there any truth to this? if so what can i do to revive the seals? i know there are alot of questions, so thanks to whomever takes them on--jeremie
