turbo rotors in N/A 13b
what all do i have to do to use s4 turbo rotors in N/A 13b? i will have s5 housings.

Nothing. Use a set that match within one letter weight, and make sure you're using an S4 counterweight to match.

You will be down on power compared to S4 NA rotors at 9.4:1 compression. S4 TII is 8.7:1.
