you know.. someone should build a full turbo system that has an electronically controlled backpressure system, so the turbo doesn't boost creep.

Of course, for that much money you could just do the fuel mods and be done with it, but..

That would be quite possible, you can already buy variable "throttles" that can be installed in the exhaust pipe, and the control system wouldn't be difficult. But why bother? It's been proven that a cheaply modified wastegate flap and enlarged wastegate port almost completely eliminates boost creep, meaning performance-killing backpressure isn't required. If you're pushing hard enough to still have problems, you really need a new turbo anyway...
