TURBO QUESTIOn
hey guys i always wanted to ask this what horsepower is the stock rx7 turbo II? and oh yea 2 more questions lol srry me a noob for example if a car was 200 horsepower with turbo does that include the turbo power already? or exclude the turbo power? if it includes in that case so horsepower matters the most in racing right? turbo vs vtec it wouldnt be any difference if the car has 200 horsepower with vtec and a car with 180 horsepower with turbo the vtec will win right? or am i wrong someone explain thanks

Sounds like you made a bet with a honda guy! Search the FAQ's for all the answers you wanna know about how much everything came with stock. Then, buy a book about turbochargers and find out what you want to know there as well, but to sum it up: HP increases as Psi. increases (more air + more fuel = more horsepower) and I'll be the first to say that your turbo rx-7 is vtec proof. It can't lose. lol.

yea dude i made a bet with a honda guy cause im still looking for a rx7 turbo II i just like the car because not everyone has it in my area and i always thought it was koo and pretty unique when i was little, im only 2 months away from getting one on my birthday i saved up enough money for rims, bodykit, and new paint job, is just this guy with a HONDA CIVIC HB with no powerlock door or power windows and no leathers seats dissing on rx7 say rotary engine suck and stuff like that he keep telling me his car will win and putting me down cause of all the rx7 now days the paint are really old n stuff so i was like screw u lol wait till i get it i will dust u besides his my neighbor, i hate his annoying *** exhaust it sounds like is taking a crap and that stupid VTEC TIME everytime he sees me...

Also, you would also need to look at the vehicle weights. A 1200 lb car with 180 hp would blow away a 3500 lb car with 200 hp.
