I Turned on my car this morning and I saw It was throwing some smoke. I drove it around for a while and still kept on throwing smoke, but it was bearly enough to see. I found some oil in the turbo(enough to drip from my finger) and alittle in the blowoff valve. Is that good or bad? How bad? I know that sometimes when the turbo is going out it starts smoking. Could it be something else? normal? I recently changed from using VR1 20w50 To Royal Purple 10w30 because my tuner recommended it. Can that be it?tell me what you guys think.? thanks....................

 

sounds like your turbo is on its last legs.....check the shaft play on it

are you using oil? (more so then normal that is)
