You can buy new from Mazda or Mazdatrix. Any turbo shop can rebuild.

Buying one new or getting one rebuilt is very costly. You're far better off buying one used for a fraction of the price.

I got my s5 turbo off ebay from Fc3s.org. I have been very pleased with it since i purchased it approx a year and a half ago. The turbos they get are JDM and have approx 30k miles on them when there taken off.
I paid $230 bucks for it and $120 for the manifold. My plan is to run this turbo untill it dies (or my car does ) then hybrid it.
Its the cheapest way, just find a JDM one or check in the for sale section here.
