A Turbo Question

I have a 87 non-turbo, and i want to get turbo for it. Would it work if i just put it on, or is there anything else i need to do?

If you really want to know, yes the standard computer/fuel system will cope with standard boost (5.5psi).
How do I know? because mine did. However, having said that I don't recomend that, a full aftermarket computer is the only way to go. Furthermore, I also don't recomend having a blockage in your oil feed line to the turbo, this is why the bearings in my turbo recently shat themselves
I was able to keep the boost regulated to 5.5psi with the stock wastegate (with some massive porting..) with just a 3in straight pipe and custom inlet piping to the turbo aswell. You just need to REALLY port the **** out of the wastegate and obviously make the transition from the housing to the wastegate hole as smooth as possible.
