turbo problem
ok well i ran into a bit of a hiccup when disassembling my turbo. the 2 13mm bolts that hold the plate that the down pipe bolts onto broke off in the exhaust housing. this is even after hours of soaking them with anti seize because i could tell something was up.
<a href="http://s2.photobucket.com/albums/y13/2JZGTTE/?action=view¤t=photo-1.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y13/2JZGTTE/photo-1.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
so i guess i'm going to get a good set of EZ outs and a torch. does anyone have any other suggestions? also if i can't get these things out do you think the down pipe could hold the pressure behind this plate because it is bolted on top of it.
thanks

Take it to a machine ship and have them drill out the remnants of the studs and clean up the threads. BTW, replacement studs are available through Mazda. I recently replaced them in my hybrid turbo since the threads were munged up.
You might also be able to weld a rod to them, but drilling them might be better in this case.
If you weren't going to I highly recommend porting your waste gate while you have it out... 30mm or bigger and weld an old exhaust valve to the flapper after cutting off the stock washer-type door. I made mine 30mm and I still creep a little past 12psi in 4th/5th gear.
