Turbo ll shortage

Is it just me or are turbo ll becoming harder to find? A few years ago it seemed like there were more for sale than I am finding now. I can find some as a convertible but that's not really my style.

When the TII first came out, the price was high enough that people didn't destroy them,
but as the price dropped, they were cobbled up and the cars were ravaged.
Actually can't recall the last time I saw any RX7 on the road.

people were quick to part these things out and now they are very very rare. its going to be like an Rx3 soon. if you want proof look at the Mazda 100AE site, the FC is not on it.

I've had mine for 2 1/2 years now, and I've only seen one FC on the road, period. It was Kennesaw GA, it was white and unfortunately going south while was headed north. Couldn't even say what model it was.

I can't say I have ever seen a lot of the on the street but ateast in the past you could see a wider variety for sale. Now I think it will take me forever to find a specific rx7 to buy. May have to settle and build is what I am expecting to do now.

Yeah I haven't seen one in the wild unless I'm going to a car meet and even then I think I've only seen one in the last few years. I'm okay with that. I rather see them few and far between but in clean condition as opposed to all over the place by teen drifters.

Literally the same day I posted this comment saying I haven't seen one in the wild, I saw a white convertible one on the street! I did just buy a new house in a new city so maybe I'll see some more out here! (Gilbert AZ)

Come to central Florida. We've got a decent amount of rx7's still putting around, though I agree, not as many as there used to be, just saw a beautiful red t2 earlier today. as for what is for sale, there are a hand full of decent looking N/A FC's, however a T2 will fetch a pretty penny.

I haven't seen another RX-7 on the road in a couple years. It's pretty sad really.

Ontario has been this way for awhile. A handful of NAs appear for sale each year, but last year I only saw 2 T2s for sale. One was an S5 Turbo with low mileage, they were asking like $15k. The other was a rolling shell S4 with no interior for $4k. Here's one now:

Just because someone is asking that much doesn't mean they're selling at that price, but they certainly aren't common or affordable up here.

Even with NA cars, I can probably count the number I've seen on the road on one hand. I've only ever seen a T2 on the road once.

I live an hour outside of Los Angeles and I rarely see them out here. I bet I would see have a higher chance of seeing one if I lived closer.
