turbo kit for n/a

im looking into somehow getting a turbo fc, either by getting a TII, TII swap for my vert, or a turbo kit of some kind. and right now i need info on the turbo kit. how much boost can safetly be ran and how reliable would it be compared to the other options on my list. oh yeah and how many hours do you think id waste into installing it.
