Turbo II swap (engine harness question's)

I am in the process of pulling the N/A wiring harness out of me 87 RX-7 in prep for the 87 Turbo II swap. I started out at the passenger side of the firewal where the engine harness enters the chassis and goes to the ECU. I followed it around thepassenger side wheel well, to the cross member in the front by the oil cooler, to the drivers side wheel well. This is where my question comes into play. The harness enters the driver side to the fuse box in the driver side kick panel (by the dead pedal). Am I taking all that out, or were the two harness' wrapped together from the factory? I am not sure of what to do in this situation, and any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
CHRIS

Stage 1: Stop now and put your n/a harness back before you forget how it was.
Stage 2: Use search button and find out why you want to use all your existing n/a wiring

Leave the driver side harness alone, it's fine. Pull the EM harness, then remove it from the N/A engine. Reinstall the N/A EM harness onto the turbo engine, and install the motor into the car. There are a few wiring differences between the Turbo EM harness and the N/A EM harness. If you use the N/A, it has all the right plugs that go to the right spots, and the plugs inside the car will match up. Otherwise you're going to have to do a little splicing to get everything to function correctly.

MidnightOwl, can you explain this a little bit more? Are you saying that I can use the existing N/A harness to manage the Turbo II swap motor? Thanks.
