you can also get JUST the I.C. cores from some website(ah! forgot which one... google up 'intercooler cores') and on ebay.

As far as the smog legal thing: ANY modification done in california has to be CARB approved to be entirely legal. I feel for anyone in california, you're government sucks.

Intercooler cores: you can buy spearco cores online or via turbonetics. They can also custom make an intercooler in any dimension if you so desire.
