Turbo II Flooding
This afternoon I am buying my third RX-7... a 1987 Turbo II with 110k. While the car is stock, I have many parts for it already that I will put on once all of the minor issues are ironed out. The body is rust free (there's some surface rust on the underside, however) and the interior is flawless. However, there is a problem with the car to which I hope I already know the answer to. The car can generally cold start without any issues. Once running, it drives fine for as long as you would want. But once the car is turned off it will not turn back on, presumably because it gets flooded. Taking the injector fuse out and cranking the car seems to remedy this situation which would lead me to believe there is a leaky injector. Would I be correct in assuming this or is there a bigger problem here? Oh and the owner compression tested it and got 90PSI on both rotors with a really shitty battery (when I saw it I about puked lol). I think I'm getting the car for a great price at $2200 (meaning if I need to put some money into it I can).
