NOT IN THE FSM:
Buy speed bleeders so you can drive the fluid out the caliper bodies by pushing the pistons all the way back with the speed bleeder open. (Plus they make the job REALLY easy).
Otherwise when you bleed it can got straight into the caliper and straight back out without ever changing the fluid behind the caliper pistons.
Everything else on bleeding is fairly normal.

... also, if your intent is to completely replace the fluid, it really helps to use ATE Super Blue brake fluid. You will know when the fluid is completely cycled when it turns from amber to blue. The next time you change your fluid (2-3 years later), you can use regular amber fluid (Castrol LMA, ATE Typ 200, etc.) for the same color-change trick. Apparently, it is not DOT-legal in Florida simply due to the color (Racism? lol), but I think it is OK in other states.
