lol i did the t2 hood swap on my first N/A and the only real downside was that at speeds over 90 i was getting some series drag cause of it the car had a hard time passing 115 i put the N/A hood and had no problem getting to 120+

He is wrong. The real reason cool air doesn't rush into hood scoops is because of air pressure. The only time air is going to be entering the engine bay is when the air pressure in the engine bay < air pressure outside the engine bay, regardless of speed.

Considering the shape of the hood prop, I am not sure how I knocked it out of the hole, but I did.
Damn that sucks. The props are very flexible, so if you hit it near the elbow it likely shortened a couple inches and left the hood freefloating.

Hmmmm, I'm suprised I havent seen this said yet, but its easy to tell the difference between the aluminum and steel hoods, just pick them up! The steel one is heavy! :-)

I kept my na hood when I did my turbo swap. I think the na hood looks better. Nice and sleek.

And thus it comes full circle and we start over...

One question if I keep reading this thread do I get trapped in a time loop and stop aging?

Hey guys! I was just wondering if you can mount a turbo hood onto a non-turbo car? I mean, will it all match up? I heard that the hinges wont work and you have to get turbo ones. Thanks!

Your ECU might go into limp mode with the TII hood on NA. Just like S5 tail lights on S4 triggers a E324 code for low turn signal fluid. =)
