I have plans to build a 6port turbo, retaining the 5th/6th port actuators and even going so far as attempting VDI. I have seen threads/info on modifying the s4NA to fit the s5NA intake manifolds. Some grinding required. It can be done!

You wouldnt need to do that in what i told him to do, he'd just be using seals rotors and housings from an NA engine.

i think that if you want to retain the vdi you have to have the na mani's and then you need to make a spacer off the manifold like aronn cake did. as for the vdi and the 6p actuators and the vdi you would need to run them to a rpm activated switch. just a thought. i would just opt for the turbo mani's IMHO. just alot simpler. im looking for some pics for the original poster about portmatching the turbo lim. i haven't had time to go to my buddies house to take pics.

Thumbs up

alright here goes some pics of the lim porting. sorry i don't have a digi cam just a camera phone.

oh yeah this isn't the one that i ported but all you have to do is fill in what isn't needed and the take the NA gasket mark off the tII lim and then grind away.
