Too small for a rotary. Do a search on mitsu* turbo* on this site and you'll understand.

A T-28 is a common application for miatas, and even for them its on the small side. Its way too small for a rotary.

NO.

Just what everyone else said... this is tiny!
Glad you asked, saved yourself some money.

IMO, Don't ever buy a T3 based turbo. Most likely the turbine section will be too small. The only exceptions to this are the Garrett GT35R, 35/40 turbos which have the t3 footprint... but still use an external WG.

If you want something along those lines the ONLY way to go with with an upgraded FC turbo.

It says that it is a good turbo for a 1.5-2.0L engine. You need to remember that this applies to a 4-stroke piston engine, which only fires half of its displacement per revolution. Therefore, you need to take half of whatever displacement number they give in order to get the actual flow rate. A turbo rated for a .75-1.0L aspirated engine is not going to work well on a 1.3L engine unless you use two turbos.

BTW, "quicker spool-up than a T3" = more choked than a T3, which is not a good thing for a 13B.
