turbo coolant seal help

Hey guys,
Just reinstalled my turbo into my car.
Replaced all the gaskets but one of them
is leaking. The coolant turbo seal going
to the block wont stop leaking and I
can not get this pipe loose so i can
put a new seal on it. I really dont want
to tahe loose the banjo bolt on the turbo
and open another can of worms.
Any suggusetions on how to get the
block gasket changed?

The pipe with the flange on it just does not
want to move once the turbo is in place, and
I dont want to kink the pipe. I could take off
the banjo bolt on the turbo that the pipe
is connected to but I am not fammilar with
what would seal that back up the RIGHT way.

there is a copper crush washer where the pipe mates to the turbo and a paper gasket where it bolts to the intake manifold, infortunately you have to remove the whole pipe to seal the gasket properly without causing another possible leak.

try wetting the banjo bolt down with some rust penetrant, if you can get your hands on some Mopar brand rust penetrant it works better than any i have used before. let it soak then try to budge it loose. sometimes you have to open the can of worms to have a reliable product.

Do you know what size the washer is or
where I can get one, so I can have what
I need to do the job right. I already
have 2 of the turbo coolant gasket to block
gaskets. Now I just need the washers.

i don't know offhand what the size was, you could just order it online or maybe you could get lucky and your local mazda dealer would have it in stock. you could probably match one up at a hardware store if they stock copper washers as well.
