Turbo Coolant Lines

Hey guys, just curious as how everyone else has bypassed/looped their turbo coolant lines with running an aftermarket turbo setup. The car currently has a block off plate on the engine side, and a rubber plug on the water pump side. I bought the car like this, imo it's very prone to failure due to the manifold being so close. The rubber is already cracking and starting to leak. The manifold will be getting wrapped/heat shielded but i'd still like to have the coolant at least flowing instead of just blocked off. Just looking for ideas on what everyone else has done, Thanks.
