turbo convertible conversion

Ive heard it said that if you wanna make an NA turbo that you should swap the whole drivetrain. If you wanna make a turbo convertible is there any shortcut? Like can you use an S4 doner to make a turbo convertible S5. I would really like one but I cannot afford to do it right now and was wondering what I would be up against. Thaks allot

jared

like maybe pick up a nice vert and when that engine goes put in a japspec engine.

I am in the process of doing that right now. A doner car would be the best way.

yeah but do you have to swap over the entire drivetrain or can I just get a japspec front clip and be done?
