Is that all it takes? I was trying to make sure I didn't want to mess something up and I have never done this before.

What is your goal? We may be able to give better advice if we know what you are up to.

Is the turbo on the car still? That makes it much more difficult.
Take the 6 bolts off the rear of the compressor housing. Use an extension and a 12 point socket, I forget what size, 7/16" maybe, to hold the turbine wheel in place, then loosen the nut on the compressor wheel with a 12 point wrench, 3/8" maybe.
Also, you have to balance the assembly or it will only last a very short time, a couple thousand miles maybe.
I think I have an extra S5 compressor wheel in good shape, I could part with it for a few bucks if it would make things easier on you.

Thanks man. I dont really need the parts I have them. If I were to just switch the housings would anything have to be balanced?

Yep, just like you have to re-balance your wheels when you get new tires. The two components are balanced as a set.
You will need to take the turbine housing off to get the turbine wheel/shaft out, 6 bolts there. The turbine wheel/shaft will come out with some gentle pressure. Keep everything very clean. You didn't say if it was out of the car, but the turbine housing is impossible to get off with it in the car, iirc.
Balancing should be $40-$65. in that ball park. I have used Gpop Shop in Arkansas, they did a great job with my hybrid balance, but a little pricey. Do a search for other recommendation, I am sure there are a number of other places.

If you just replace the housing, no balance needed. But I thought your compressor wheel was eaten up?

If the S4 compressor wheel is on a good turbo all you have to do is change the turbine housings around so you can bolt the S4 turbo on a S5 block. That's it.
