Turbo blown in my 87?

I went out a while ago and replaced my 02 sensor because ive been having a bad sputter when I rev the engine or accelerate from a start. I posted last night after I got home describing something all together new from what ive been experiencing.
Basically the car had been down on power and I decided to take it to redline as ive never done that and heard I should every now and then to keep carbon deposits down. Anyway, the car just started bucking badly above 6000 rpm and wouldnt go to 7000. When I got home, I tried to just rev the engine to redline and it went to 8000 rpm, but it kinda hesitated as it did. I did this a few times and noticed that everytime I hit 8 grand that huge puffs of bluish smoke was coming out of the exhaust. A few times of me doing this and suddenly the car revved fast all the way to 8 grand and didnt sputter or anything. I pulled out of the yard and rolled onto the gas in first and the car pulled hard and tried to break the tires loose, even with me barely on the throttle. So the car pulled hard all the way to 7000in first, second and then started breaking up, bad(bucking), at about 5000 in third so I let off.
So, getting back to this afternoon, I changed my 02 sensor and took it for a spin. Same thing as last night. I can make it all the way to 6000 rpm and the its like the car hits a wall. I left off the gas and it back fires twice, then I shift and it pulls hard all the way to 6 again and the again, I hit a wall. Is this fuel cut or is my turbo trashed. I do have my wastegate ported. Any input will be welcomed yall. Thanks.

Changing the O2 sensor will not help a sputtering problem.

How much boost are you running when the car hits a wall? Fuel cut is 8 PSI I believe.

Hey Aaron. I changed the 02 sensor just cause thats about the only thing I havent replaced...lol. Just hoping for something good to happen.
Anyway, I dont have an aftermarket boost gauge...I know what your thinking....why the hell not?
No good reason really. How bout this? If my car was making the 8 psi to make it cut fuel, about what rpm would that be,in say, third gear?
Thanks for trying to help man.

Im not sure what the problem is.
I went out a little while ago and was just screwing around with it. At this point im just bumfuzzeled...lol. When I first crank the car, when its cold, the car wont rev past about 2 or 3 grand. It just kinda bounces from idle to whatever rpm, no matter if floor the gas peddle. Then it will move up to 5 or 6 grand and do the same thing, like its got a rev limiter. Then when I can finally get it to rev to redline it pours out oil smelling smoke. I can drive it once I get the car to rev to at least 3 grand...just kinda hard to accelerate. Another completely baffling thing is, I can rev the car a few times to the upper RPMs and then itll pull like crazy for a few seconds to a few minutes. Then it'll just about die. Its like I switched my fuel pump off, then back on. But, once this happens and I let off the car wont pull hard again, unless I pull over and turn the car off and crank it again. then same thing again. Any ideas?
