Turbo afm s4 n/a

So I ended up sucking water into my intake and it froze overnight and my air flow meter broke. I bought a new one and it ended up being a dud. U had an extra turbo afm laying around so I threw that in there until I could get a replacement. She's running fine now but i've heard it effs with the fuel mapping. Will any harm come out of using this for the time being or will I lose power. Is there a consequence for using a turbo air flow meter on an n/a.
Any help is appreciated I don't want to be driving around and mess anything up.
Thanks

IN my opinion there is no reason to have heartburn. I've done this in the past on purpose. So drive it til you can get a non turbo one. Your not going to blow the engine up. But do get the na one when opportunity show up.
