Turbo 2 coolant feed banjo bolt SPEWING coolant

I geuss I am missing something on the damn banjo bolt because its barfing coolant like it had a bad night. Can someone please tell me what kind of washers/O-rings to put on this thing, Also how to arrange them.

so if I go to autozone and pick up 2 copper washers that barely fit over the banjo bolt I am good to go?
