No. The S5 has a better turbine housing, and better wastegate design. The wastegate bleeds air from both passages on the S5 turbine. You also have to swap the exhaust manifold to swap turbos.

The compressor housing, compressor wheel, centre section and turbine wheel are identical. The turbine housing and manifold are very different, but are a direct swap if kept together.
