Tuning f-con fuel injector help

I have recently installed a 193 chipped f-con in my car. f-co is set at 4. I have a s4 with a s5 jspec t4,hks intercooler etc... I have s5 550 primaries and 680 secondaries from a 84 gls-se. I also have 2 added injectors that I'm not using currently. I run 15psi at the track and the car runs clean. I have been running this setup all season autocross and drag. The car pulls hard in first and second then loses its top end in 3rd and 4th. I'm looking for advice to correct that problem this year and need advice.

1st I know I should invest in a wideband 02 but I'm limited on funds so here are my questions after serching the forums for answers.
Ive read that the f-con likes to control stock size injectors so I was thinking about using 4 550cc and my hks added injectors to make sure I dont run lean.
I never wired resistors to my injector harness. I belive th s4 has low impedence injector and the s5 are high impedence? Could that be throwing my duty cycle off?
any suggestions?
My car runs consistent low 13 sec passes and I would like to get it in the 12s this year. I know with the proper tuning I can make it happen I just need to get this fuel setup right

to be honest mate if your losing pep at op end its probably coz your turbo aint big enough.
