Tune up: How do my plugs look?

I have been getting really bad mileage in the realm of 9-12mpg on a 1991 N/A. I'm doing a 60K tune up and just changed the plugs and wires. Here are the pictures of the plugs, do they look normal? Possibly running rich?

Thanks for any advice/help, -Lukas.

Little bit of ash build-up, but otherwise they look ok to me.

Burn is fine, but those things have been in there for a long time!

Your burn does seems to be in the ball park. They are a little to warn to keep though. I would check other areas. Click on the link in my Sig below.
