trying to put together an exhaust setup

I've come to the conclusion that this is the best run for the money...
Racing beat header + presilencer to the RP (rx7.com) y-pipe catback exhaust.

How do you all feel about this? Is it worth $800?

Borla exhaust is SS and about the same in cost.

Best for the cost without any reference to streetability would be a SDJ Header + straight pipe + Corksport (using off the shelf products), would be the best IMHO.

$800 ? Thats crazy. Seeing this will only net you about 10hp that some expensive hp.

I would suggest building your own exhaust using a Borla XR-1 or Magnaflow SS.

10HP?

Recent dynos are having a 20% increase even with a cat.

I might believe that a t2 got 25hp from the exhaust due to boost increase from better flow but I will not believe that a NA will gain 25 rwhp from a catback. Sorry
