Another source of experienced welders:

Go to your local technical college and talk to the instructor their. A lot of them will perform a small project for a reasonable fee.

Yeah I just thought of that. Our comunity college has auto classes in most of the fields like body work and electrical. I will have to call them up and see if they can do aluminum welds. I chat'd with pengaru last night and he gave me some interesting ideas but I won't reveal the details unless I am succesful and the fabrication.

I'm building a similar system. No pics until it's done.

Having it done locally is worth the extra $10. At least then you have someone to complain to if it breaks.

Ah my mistake on the structural part.
Meh Turbo and low end in an RX7 don't go together so I know its going to be crappy. I'll just set the idle to 4k rpms
Can't wait for those pics of your system. Hurry!
Yeah being able to bitch at people is cool lol but I might get killed via torch or plasma cutter

Thumbs down

oh no, now start the flashbacks, all those wires were a real pain in the ***.

and thats with the majority of them weeded out too (fear).

the lcd panel didnt work too well at that height, the wheel interferes with it, when the dash is made it will be positioned lower and the swivel mount that comes with it won't be used, was only used for the test fitting seen there.

Man that will be awesome once it’s finished!
Can’t you order the ITB setup with out the velocity stacks?
You will not need them if you’re going to use a plenum.
Just thinking you might same a little money that way.

What injectors are you using?

All questions will be answered in a few hours. I have to do some surgery to my GTU right now basically yes I can get them without the V-stacks but it came with it. I saved plenty of money over retail so dont you worry. I am going to use 6 680cc injectors.

To the poster above you, S5 TII doesn't have an EGR valve. Other than that a lot of tubes need to be rerouted now.

Well i'm getting a bite to eat while breaking away from surgery on the N/a.

To answer some questions: The AFM is not used with this setup. And the second question is answered as followos: this was just a mockup shot and doesn't have all the required parts hence the thread. The filter will go on a custom CAI that is being fabricated out of 3" aluminum pipe.
