Trust fmic question on mounting

I just bought the old school trust fmic off of a forum member, and i know i don't have all the original piping. but the main thing is the mounting of the intercooler. I know your suppose to mount it on the hood lock but do i need to cut anything or mod anything to get the piping to fit going around the hood latch and other stuff??? I searched for it, but all i found was the issue with the piping route. Please help me out if you can. Thanks!

pretty sure there is a hole you have to cut for the piping...mount the intercooler and start hooking up the pipes to see what you do/dont need to make it work.

I bought the same kit you definitly need to cut two holes for each side for them to come into the engine compartment, however i decided to mod mine as i didnt want to bin the fog lights as the kit requires you to do this. But ive added another pic of a guy who posted a pic of what he had to do to fit the trust kit, this will give you an idea, ignore the added bits as i used his as a blue print to make mine.

The Kit is designed to clear the power steering etc.. its for a factory car, bar the holes you need to make.
