Im having trouble with my cassett & cd system. For example I insert the cassett or cd in the appropriate location, it then loads for about 1 to 2 secs and rejects (meaning the cassett or cd comes out after it try to load). What may be the problem? The system is a stock FC3S TII. What are the possibilities causing this?

 

My cassett and CD system in my TII also gives me trouble sometimes. It will usually play the first few songs on the CD, but has trouble reading songs afterwards. There isn't anything wrong with the CD. Maybe the laser is weak. I really don't want to change the stock system out though. Stock looks the best.

As for the system rejecting the CD, I have the same problem on my Sony Xplod in my '92 Accord. When I put the CD in, it makes a grinding noise, and then rejects it. Sometimes it goes in without a problem. Very frustrating...
