Trouble with UIM s4 TII

I've searched a couple different times, but nothing really narrows it down to what I need to figure out. Basically, it comes down to this: I've already removed the TB, but I can't figure out how to get the UIM off at all. It looks like there are 2 bolts holding the fuel rail to the manifold, and that is also holding the manifold down. They're on the underside of the manifold, where the fuel rail and injectors are. I could be wrong, I was judging all this after having stripped the motor down all day trying to remove a cut wiring harness and this is literally my first attempt at working on a motor, let alone a 13BT. Any help as to how to remove the UIM would be awesome.

The bolts Holding the fuel rail are in the LIM...Not UIM and the UIM has 4 nuts holding it to the LIM and also a long bolt in the middle(top) of the UIM......Also check on the driver's side of the engine 4 a bracket ....i think theres a couple more holding it to the center iron

that's maybe the easiest engine part to remove...

I wouldn't recommend you to do your own rebuild. lol

I'm not rebuilding it. I'm taking it off to get to the wiring harnesses on the fuel injectors and to do emissions removal. Read the post man.

I actually read your post completely

I simply wanted to indicate that if you can't even figure out the way to remove UIM, You shouldn't go in further and more complicated engine dissasembly in the future

no offense man

No my whole plan was to totally strip the motor and then just rub dirt all over the rotors, I heard it was good for compression. Jesus man, thanks for stopping me, what would I have done without your help.
