Lightbulb Coolant problems

ok here's my problem with my 87 rx7.ok i have to fill coolant in my rx7 every two days or so.my brother told me it's the heater core i know he's telling the truth. but iam not sure of the problem please help me out. thanks josh

Do you visually see any leaks anywhere? If the heater core is leaking, the carpet would likely be wet. Run the car, look for leaks. If you find none, you may have coolant seal leakage..=rebuild engine time. Here's hoping not.

Check the heater hose under the oil filter- i just had to replace mine last week - it usually starts leaking after years of oil spillage from the filter

ok thanks guys for ur help i did ran the car today i didnt see any leaking in the engine bay i look at all the hose's they was fine but my carpet isn't soaking wet i hope i dont have to rebuild the motor cuz this is the second motor already. if i have any more problems i'll post it on here thanks for ur help josh

Your car should smoke pretty bad out of the tail pipes, if it still starts and you have a broken water seal.

Do a coolant seal test before you assume the worst. Pop the hood, pull the EGI Comp fuse out, take the coolant filler cap off and fill it up if necessary, have someone crank the car over (it will not start), and look for a CONSTANT stream of air bubbles coming up through the coolant.
