So, my FC has been notorious since I've owned it for boost spiking around redline to 12psi. So, I got my turbo rebuilt, my motor rebuilt and every gasket replaced so there's no boost leaks.

As of yesterday, my car won't go past 4psi at any RPM. What's wrong?

My car;

- Stock ECU
- FCD
- Racing Beat turbo-back Exhaust
- Stock turbo, with Knightsports T4 comp. housing

check WG actuator?

 

If the eh actuator is stuck open u would only see 4 psi

 

Yep...make sure the little e-clip that attaches the actuator rod to the flapper arm hasn't fallen off.

 

I just replaced the clip when I redid the turbo but I'll check again. Thanks guys.

 

I have a boost problem myself, but my FC makes 0 boost. I'll check my WG actuator myself.
