can anyone tell me what all the wires going to the transmission of a 1987 turbo 2 are for? i have ideas but don't know which wires are which. nuetral safety, backup lights, shift up light. anyone have pictures of the wires and can tell me what they are for?

 

I found it on page 116 of the wiring diagram.
I think the over top switch grounds when you select 5th gear.
