Question transmission swap

i have a f'd 87 rx-7 n/a automatic with oil ridden coolant. plan to rebuild my motor for a spare since i already picked up a running replacemnt from an 88 n/a with a manual transmission attached. i would love to drop the manual in as well and get rid of the gay automatic. what extra crap am i going to need. i assume to driveshaft will be a different length and i'll need to get a clutch pedal somewhere ofcourse but is there anything major that's going to screw me up? any help would be appreciated.

tranny mounts are a bit different on the auto frmo the m/t. There are alot of remedies around the net for it though. Just fab up a couple quick brackets.
