Question Transmission rebuild stuff

I am trying to find the trans rebuild stuff for my '90 gxl and am having no luck at it. I have the 5-spd (as if there is any other...). The mazda dealership dosen't want to tell me what I need and they don't have a kit for it, which makes absolutley no sense to me ( how do they know what they need when they get a tranny rebuild in?). If anyone knows where I can get the stuff for this endevour, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Go to www.iluvmyrx7.com and use the parts fiche to determine the parts you will need to order for your rebuild. I haven't done it but it looks like you can get the parts. May be easier to find a good used tranny and just swap it in--then start rebuilding your old one.

I think you can get rebuild kits from rotaryworld or mazdaformance.
