Transmission Problems, Need help!
Ok So i decided to drive to a town to pick up some parts for my car. A guy there was offering to give me some parts that i was in need of so i thought the trip worth the drive. So i get there and we gets the parts installed (new T & L coils and do a compresssion test) So im drving back and go about a mile out and then it got a lot harder to shift into gears and almost had to put some pressure to the shifter to get them in and them all of the sudden when i pulled it out of 4th to downshift i couldn't put the shifter in any gears at all.
I pull over and check everything. Nothing seems wrong but i still can't put it in anygears (including reverse) but when i shut the car off i can put it in every gear just fine. So i decided to just hurry up and get to the freeway and make the 100mile trip and worry about it in my own hometown. Well by the time i make it to the freeway i noticed the the gears were getting "sticky" but i made it to 5th and was on the freeway. luckly i didn't have to shift the whole time there.
I get home and reach town. i try to downshift to go from 75 to 35mph and then the clutch petal gets really stiff but i was still able to push it down with some effort and i wasn't able to get it to any gear.
so i pull over again and it's hard for me to shift gears with and without it on. So i try to put it in reverse to back up with it off and start it with it on and it lerched over and makes some weird noise so i shut it off and left it. the tranny was making all sorts of noise. I don't know whats wrong with it and the ideas i get with. need clutch. throw out bearing is shoot. or lines need to be bled cuase the clutch fluid is a dirty color and not clear.. and the last but most scary idea was .. the tranny is shot (160k motor and tranny) not sure if the person before me installed new clutch or anything but i changed the fuild in the tranny recently with the redline synthetic oil.
any ideas? sorry for the story but i have a bad habit of doing that

i've owned the car for about a year and got it with 130 or 140k miles on it. i don't remember. last summer the throw out bearing would howl real loud in first gear when it got hot out but it stopped doing that and yeah i noticed vibration from the transmission when i was driving back and i wouldn't be able to put it in any gear but reverse would grind realy loud. I guess tomorrow i'm going to tow it and try to find a shop would a clutch kit and put it in. My only car since i sold my protege yesterday (perfect timing) so i'm desperate to get it running form again.
i guess the good news was my compression was 90psi in the front and 80 in the rear on a 160k mile TurboII motor so i was shocked at that. I'm not exactly easy on the car but i do try to maintain it.
