Transmission interchange question

I have a 1991 GTU and my tranny leaks like crazy and is just overall in poor shape. Recently i was given a S4 NA transmission which is in MUCH better shape then mine. Will i encounter any problems or have to change anyting on the transmission to make it work properly (reverse light etc) in my S5 chassis?

Any help is much appreciated.

Ive tried searching but havent come up with anything concrete. I have both tranny mounts so im sure i can make that work. Im primarily concerned with any differences in driveshafts (S4 and S5 driveshafts are different PN's) and just by the diagrams im seeing in both FSM's there appear to be more connectors on the S5 transmission. However if those connectors are for options my car doesnt have (abs) its a non-issue. Im just looking to find all the gothcas like if the connectors between transmissions are different etc.
