Exclamation Transmission grinding

My tranny's been grinding lately but its only when im driving my car really hard. If im cruising lets say at 80 and let out my gear and put it back in at 5th i get grinding sometimes, but only if i had been drving hard. Other times it happens randomly in all gears. What do you guys recomend i do to remedy this situation? Is it a sign of a failing transmission?
Thanks.

other than that be nice to it... maybe revmatch / double clutch more to save your sycros

first of all DON'T NEGLECT THE 7!!!!!! Second of all DON't TELL US YOU DO! and third, try the synthetic, it will help, if not start looking for a tranny rebuilder so it can shift smoothly once again.

I went to a dealer and asked them to put synthetics in the transmission for me. They looked at me like I was crazy and then proceeded to dump Mobil 1 engine oil in the transmission. Drove the car out of the lot and it was grinding the whole way home. Took it right back and made them give me my money back for the stupidity of their "experts." Researched it myself and found Redline synthetics. Replaced the Mobil 1 and no more grinding.
