TB questions/car won't rev?

okay... I took off my intercooler today and put a mirror in the throttle opening so I could see in there.. sure enough, when I moved the throttle to WOT, they didn't open.

I used some carb cleaner and sprayed a ton in the intake.. some while cranking the engine (to draw it in there).

it seemed to free them up, they still stuck a little but they opened fully in the end.

I lubricated the area after cleaning it, and went for a drive... power issue seemed worse at the high end, but fantastic low end and midrange. went back to the garage, hit the gas, the throttle plates were sticking again. What can I do to fix this?

ALSO
now, in gear, under load (wot), the car won't rev AT ALL above 5600-6000. I look at the boost gauge while this is happening and it bounces around and stuff. I think this is due to the throttle plates not opening, right?

(in neutral, it still revs to 7k.. but at WOT in gear it just won't rev past 6)

t3h bump.

I fixed the revvyness issue - I had an IC hose blowing off.

I still would like to know HOW TO FIX SECONDAIRY THROTTLE PLATES STICKING. When they're hot, they won't open. When they're not, they open fine. Stick a tiny bit, but they still eventually open all the way.

Your talking about the outer set of secondary throttle plates??? The outer ones have a cam, black in color that rides against a damper. Damper is maybe sticking? The cam and damper are on the side of the throttle body towards the front of the engine. The damper is just like the one on the aft side of the throttle body that slows down the throttle as it reaches full close.

EDIT: I should have used the word *dashpot* instead of damper.
