Transmission fluid FILL?

I was wondering where exactly to look to fill up my transmission fluid I know its underneath the car. its a 87 non turbo

If it is a manual, dont' worry about overfilling. As long as you are on a flat, level surface, just bring the level to the fill hole.

So if I was changing the fluids, should I drain the shifter opening oil aswell or leave it alone? There is a plug on the back of mine that looks like a drain plug and I would like to get all new fresh oil.

The oil in the shifter area should be changed as well.
